We're thrilled to welcome four new faces to Flowhaven’s rockstar leadership team. Adam Rubin has joined the Flowhaven crew as Vice President of Revenue; Tomi Heinonen as Vice President of Engineering; Alex Jones as User Experience Director and Jourdan Strain as Marketing Director. Their combined experience and excitement will be invaluable in our mission to make brand licensing pros around the world scale with confidence.
We caught up with these new kids on the block to learn why they chose to join the Flowhaven team!
Meet Adam, a veteran sales star who loves sports, horse racing, and Al Pacino films! Adam has come on board to oversee global sales strategy and execution, leveraging his 10+ years of experience to skyrocket the company to our next milestone, $10+M ARR. After serving as Vice President of Sales at Epsagon (where he laid the foundation for the company's recent $500M acquisition by Cisco and Director of Sales at business intelligence leader Sisense), he was eager to work for a fast-growing company with a bright future.
"Flowhaven has managed to bring together a very mission-driven and focused group of people from very diverse backgrounds," says Adam. "Once you have experienced Finnish business culture first hand, it's challenging to imagine working in any other environment. The level of care that goes into the employee experience is something that most companies aspire to but rarely deliver on. It also doesn't hurt that we are quickly grabbing market share in a space that has been begging for disruption for quite some time. Couple that with a product that is consistently delivering against the customer pain points, and you have a winning formula."
He's also inspired by Flowhaven's singular ability to disrupt the brand licensing landscape. "I rarely feel confident when it comes to predicting the future, but Flowhaven is currently poised to be the category-defining company in a trillion-dollar market. I'm just soaking in each day of progress and enjoying what I believe will be a long and fulfilling, collaborative journey."
Tomi, our new Vice President of Engineering, loves the outdoors and road cycling across the Finnish countryside. Tomi is a programming prodigy whose natural talents have led to an impressive career that includes stops at Zalando and Ekahau, where he worked with Fortune 100 companies including Google, IBM, Verizon, Microsoft, and more. We're thrilled to have Tomi lead our fantastic development team and drive technology and product standards to new heights.

Alex Jones is the new Director of the User Experience team—they're the folks who focus on building the parts of Flowhaven that our users see every day. She joins Flowhaven after an adventurous career that has taken her around the globe to three continents. Alex has worked as Senior User Experience Designer at Atlassian (NASDAQ: TEAM) and led product design at Saatchi & Saatchi, J. Walter Thompson, and BBH London. She's won countless design awards and is celebrated for her sixth sense for understanding user needs and behavior and translating them into fresh, exciting design. Outside of work, Alex works with non-profits to help designers from underrepresented groups break into the world of UX.

Jourdan is an innovative marketer whose talents have helped capture the attention of end-users, chief technology officers, and world-class companies.
As Marketing Director, she'll steer the company's lead generation activities and use her storytelling powers to position Flowhaven as a globally recognized, premium product brand. She loves crafting compelling campaigns and case studies that bring products to life. Before Flowhaven, Jourdan helped evolve brand and content strategy at BrainStorm, Inc. (a leading Microsoft training partner). During her time with BrainStorm, the company grew 10x in size and acquired customers like PepsiCo, Clorox, and ThermoFisher Scientific. Inside or outside the office, Jourdan loves to learn and create—she’s even studied chocolate-making in Paris!
